Wedding Photography at Ilmington Village in the Cotswolds

September 10, 2016

I couldn't wait to visit Ilmington Village as it was so picturesque with its beautiful cotswold stone buildings and well maintained gardens.  I had already had a guided tour with Glyn and Fran who knew exactly where they wanted to have their wedding photographs taken.

I met Fran at Folly Farm B&B where she had enjoyed the previous nights stay.  There was plenty of time for her to enjoy a glass of bubbly whilst hair and make up was taking place.

We could hear the church bells ringing as the clouds began to clear.  It was time to head off to St Mary Church which was just a stones throw from the farm

Glyn & Fran managed to find time for a little off roading before stopping off at the War Memorial to place Fran's bouquet.  That really was a special moment.

We finished back at the Village Hall which had been decorated by friends and family and it looked amazing! After an incredibly scrumptious hog roast there was time for a few more photo's before the cake cut.... or should I say cake chop!

This was really was a fantastic day and an absolute pleasure to photograph!
